We would like to help you find the correct bra size because many women wear the wrong size! To prevent this happening to you, please ask another person to measure you as described below. There are two different measuring methods for finding the correct size for a post-mastectomy bra:
Take the bust width measurement by measuring ➀, across the tip of the breast (make sure you are wearing a well-fitting bra at the time). Then take the underbust measurement ➁. This underbust width (rounded up or down) is the right bra size. The difference between the bust measurement and the underbust measurement is the correct cup size.
The bust should be measured unclothed, lifting the breasts slightly with the hand. Measure from the breastbone to the middle of the back (spine), subtract 2 cm and then double the resulting figure. This will give you the bra size. Now proceed as described under Method 1 for determining cup size.
