How do I make a claim under the company’s one year warranty replacement program?

anita.com does not currently offer exchanges; however all orders come with Free Shipping and Free Returns. The best course of action is to create a new order for the item you wish to have and return the other item(s) using our Return Policy.

Items that do not have available stock still appear on anita.com but are currently sold out. Most items will be replenished in the warehouse no longer than three weeks.

Anita is pleased to offer many exciting sale periods throughout the year! Since we do not offer exchanges, customers taking advantage of sale period discounts should note that only items purchased during a specific sale will have the discount applied and the discount cannot be applied to items purchased after the sale.
