Anita.com offers Free shipping on all orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Our customer who utilizes our free shipping feature can expect to receive their order within 2-8 business days depending on day and time of order, as well as shipping address. We do not currently offer any guaranteed delivery days, however all our upgraded shipping options do come with day specific deliveries. Orders that utilize free shipping will be delivered by USPS through UPS Mail Innovations or UPS directly. All upgraded shipping options are fulfilled by UPS directly.
Detailed shipping policies:
Shipment deadlines provided by Anita guarantees shipment of your package only and cannot guarantee the definite day of delivery during specified times as stipulated by the UPS service guarantee. The Anita and UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to packages delayed by weather disruption of the transportation network. Guarantee details are in UPS Terms and Conditions of Service published at UPS.com.
- Free shipping offer applies to domestic UPS Mail Innovations shipping only. Our Free shipping option can deliver to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Please choose this option if your shipping address are in these areas.
- All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. Most orders placed before 1:00 pm are shipped that day.
- Processing of shipments from January 1st - 7th can take 4-5 days to process and ship due to annual inventory logistics counting.
- Our daily shipping deadline is 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) for UPS.
- All domestic orders (excluding AK, HI and PR) are shipped UPS.
- PR, AK and HI parcel post orders may take 10 business days or more to be delivered. Orders are via our Free Shipping Method.
- The day an order is placed is not considered a transit day.
We are not responsible for delays in the shipment of your order if the billing/shipping information is not correct or if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address. We will contact you via email or phone to verify your order within 24 hours.
In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible please verify that your mailing address is completely accurate. Inaccurate shipping information will cause a delay in your order and may result in correction fees.
Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not considered business days. Packages will not be delivered on non-business days or specified days UPS does not operate.
UPS holidays – Nov. 27, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 – there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 28, Dec. 24, Dec. 26 and Dec. 31 are transit days for "UPS air and international packages" only.
UPS will not deliver ground or 3 day select packages on the day after Thanksgiving, Day after Christmas, New Years Eve or New Years Day.
