1. Always Wash with Care

Hand washing is definitely the best method, and all it takes is a bit of mild detergent and some cold water. Soak your bras for a few minutes, then gently rub out any dirt or sweat. After that, just rinse thoroughly. If you’re pressed for time and absolutely need to use the washing machine, use a mesh lingerie bag and use the delicate cycle with cold water. Heat can ruin a bra faster than you can say “I just bought this!”

2. Dry Them Properly

After washing, you might be tempted to wring out your soft bras or toss them in the dryer, but that’s a fast track to misshapen cups and stretched-out bands. Instead, gently press out excess water with a towel and lay them flat to air dry. Hanging them by the straps can stretch them out over time, so keep them flat and in shape while they dry.
