Underbust measurement

Take the measurement by holding the tape directly under the bust (1).

This measurement determines the bra size.

Bust measurement

Place the tape directly over the widest point of the breast without digging in.

Use the chart to find out the cup size

Pants size

To work out the pants size, measure the waist (3) by holding the tape horizontally around the smallest part of the waist.

Measure the hips (4) by holding the tape horizontally around the widest part of the hips.

If there is a considerable difference between the waist and hip measurement, always take the larger size.

I just received this bra in the mail. I'm so ecstatic that I took the plunge and purchased this bra. I bought it in my normal size 32D and it fits really well. I still have loads of hooks too. Other places said that it had a cone shape to the cup, which it does BUT it's not that bad. The cone shape isn't obvious in a shirt either. When I bend done the breasts stay in the bra which was in issue with my last nursing bra (ly mystere).
