Absolute cotton! The post surgical bra ISRA moulds smoothly to your skin. All materials such as the bands around the arms, on the underbust and the neckline are particularly soft and flatly tailored. The smooth breast form pockets are made of lightweight cotton.

Underbust measurement

Take the measurement by holding the tape directly under the bust (1).

This measurement determines the bra size.

Bust measurement

Place the tape directly over the widest point of the breast without digging in.

Use the chart to find out the cup size

Pants size

To work out the pants size, measure the waist (3) by holding the tape horizontally around the smallest part of the waist.

Measure the hips (4) by holding the tape horizontally around the widest part of the hips.

If there is a considerable difference between the waist and hip measurement, always take the larger size.

I purchased this bra 5315x in a D cup worried that it would not fit my DD size preparing for breast surgery. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable! Glad I was introduced to this bra!!

I have worn this bra 5315X in a 44 A cup for 6 years now. I had lost quite a bit of weight after I had a whole knee replacement. I went from a "D" to an A cup. this is the only bra that I found that would fit my large chest size and yet still fit my tiny breast. I am sorry that they no longer make a beige color. They are the most comfortable bra I have worn since I was in training back in the late 50's!
