Primary care
Immediately after breast surgery, prostheses made of the finest microfibre fabrics and cotton are used so that sensitive skin is protected.
The skin friendly breast prosthesis and compensatory cups by Anita care are very similar in softness and weight to natural breasts, which makes them feel great on the skin.
Based on natural swaying characteristics, thanks to Flex Gap, a particularly secure, pleasant comfort is created.
We manufacture our prostheses at our locations in Bad Tölz, Upper Bavaria, and in Matrei, East Tyrol. Each breast prosthesis is thoroughly checked at the end of the manufacturing process. Then you can be sure that you are wearing a top quality product.
Proper cleaning of your Anita breast prosthesis and compensatory cups is incredibly easy and quick:
Wash the prosthesis by hand every day using liquid soap or a mild detergent and dry it with a towel. In order to speed up the drying time of prostheses with a microfibre back, you can dab the prosthesis’ back with a paper tissue or kitchen towel.
Never use aggressive detergents that contain solvents, or sharp or pointed objects.
The following applies to adhesive prostheses:
Cleaning with pH-neutral liquid soap and water will suffice; don't use fabric or paper towels for drying to prevent residue on the adhesive surfaces.
